Krav Maga part II and III
Some really nice technique as well as cool excercises are displayed here and it's more entertaining show then the Klitschko vs Ibragimov bout turned out to be.
My earliest T.V. Memories are of watching the syndicated Portland Big Time Wrestling show in the mid 70's. I loved watching Portland wrestling with my grandfather. I also intensely followed boxing growing up. My interest in boxing and wrestling as waned in recent years.
That void has been filled by the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.
